What it is
Agency-wide settings live here, one tab each. Data connections are made per client on its Setup tab; Account lists the agency's Google and Bing sign-ins.
Why it matters for AI search
Roles keep client data with the right people, alerts catch drops before the client does, and API keys let your own tools or an AI assistant work with the same numbers.
How to use it
Step by step, as in the video
- Team. Settings is for the whole agency. On Team, invite people by email and give each one a role.
- Roles. Owners and admins manage the agency, members do the work, and viewers can only read.
- Clients. Clients: Manage clients opens the list to add, edit, archive or restore clients. Archiving keeps every measurement.
- Plan & billing. Plan & billing shows the agency's allowances: active clients, how much of this month's plan is used, and questions per client.
- Branding. Branding sets the agency name and logo shown on client reports and share links.
- Directory. Directory lists your agency in the public Optimz directory, only if you opt in.
- Alerts. Alerts email you or post to Slack when a mention rate drops, a competitor appears or an AI crawler is blocked.
- API keys. API keys let your own tools or an AI assistant read the agency's data. Writes are opt-in per key.
- Account. Account holds your own sign-in: email, password and the option to sign out other devices.
- Connected accounts. Connected accounts lists the agency's Google and Bing sign-ins and which clients use each. Each client connects its own data on its Setup tab.
