How does the free trial work?
Every new agency gets a 14-day free trial with Starter's allowances, and signing up needs no card. Choose a plan in Settings → Billing at any time; when the trial ends without one, the agency becomes read-only until you do.
What counts as a question and a keyword?
A question is something a client's buyers might ask an AI assistant. Each one is checked once a week on each of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. A keyword is a Google search term whose ranking is tracked for the client.
What is high confidence?
AI engines don't give the same answer every time. By default each question is checked once a week on every engine. High confidence checks it 3 times a week instead, so each rate rests on three times the answers and its 95% range is narrower. It costs $99 a month per client.
Which engines need the Extra engines add-on?
Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are on every plan; Extra engines adds the other three to one client for $29 a month.
What if we manage more clients?
Starter covers up to 3 clients. Agency includes 10, and each client beyond that is $79 a month.
Can one client track more questions?
Yes, on either plan. Each extra block adds 25 questions to one client for $49 a month.
