What it is

A report captures one period (last week or the last 4 weeks) and never changes afterwards, so what the client saw stays what they saw. Share it by link or download it as a PDF.

AI visibility numbers are new to most clients. A report that shows every rate with its sample size and range, under your brand, makes the results easy to trust and easy to explain.

How to use it

Step by step, as in the video

  1. Reports. Reports freezes a client-ready snapshot with sample sizes and ranges. Its numbers never change later.
  2. Period. Choose last week or the last 4 weeks, then create the report.
  3. Report list. Every report is listed here, with whether it has a share link.
  4. White label. Recipients see your agency's name and logo, never Optimz branding.
  5. Share link. Create a share link to send to the client. A link is shown once, and sharing can be stopped at any time.
  6. What the client sees. This is what the client sees: the report on its own page, under your agency's name.
  7. Summary. The summary gives the mention, recommendation and citation rates, each with its sample size and range.
  8. Download PDF. Download PDF saves the same report for email or a meeting.

Questions

Does the client need an Optimz account?

No. A share link opens the report on its own page without signing in. You can stop sharing at any time.

Where do I set the agency name and logo?

In Settings › Branding. Reports and share links use them instead of Optimz branding.
